Digital Twin
Built from OEM data
Your digital twin starts from the OEM's own chassis data not handmade templates.
Easy to update
The digital twin is your blueprint for builds. Your entire crew has access. If an appliances or layout changes so do the 3D prints.
Includes everything
All OEM chassis, appliances, systems, and hardware are included. We model the prints around this data for 1-2mm fit tolerance.
3D Print
You choose what we print
Is your best builder still shaping B pillars and gluing up window frame boxes? That's exactly where 3D printing comes in.
Hybrid Interior
We print the difficult geometry. Your custom cabinetry is integrated into the print. Most shops land here.
Full interior
Your entire interior is 3D printed at near the same cost as the hybrid interior shell. Counter tops are aluminum honeycomb composite.
Pilot Install
1 day install
Fewer people in and out of the van, fewer steps per build, fewer hours per van.

Pilot Install
We bring the print and install it with your crew. We integrate the print assembly into your existing line and walk you through the digital twin.
Finished Interior
We leave you with an SOP for future installs and update the digital twin when you are ready.
Lighten Up
Is your interior EV ready?
You can't put a traditional interior in an electric van. A diesel Sprinter 144 has about 4,200 lbs of payload. The electric Sprinter has about 2,600 lbs of payload due to the battery systems.
